IQSS offers faculty affiliates comprehensive management of their research finances across all funding sources such as gifts, endowments, departmental funds and sponsored grants.
Our finance team will work closely with you to optimize your financial resources. We can help you develop spending strategies to appropriately allocate expenses across multiple funding sources, developing budgets that estimate the full costs of a project or a program. We create customized financial reports that suit your individual needs and prepare forecasts to track spending rates. We also process all financial transactions such as reimbursements, corporate card payments and invoices, in addition to managing payroll for personnel paid from research funding. These services are all provided while ensuring compliance with University and sponsor policies and working closely with the University’s financial administration.
Though not a requirement of our services, we prefer to consolidate all of a faculty member’s funding sources under IQSS management in order to provide streamlined support of an entire portfolio of funds.
