I am a third-year PhD student in the Political Economy and Government program, in the Department of Economics at Harvard University. I use quasi-experimental designs to answer questions in the fields of political economy, corporate finance and economic history. I am particularly interested in studying how special interest groups affect policy outcomes. In addition, I am interested in the long-run effect of historical events on economic and political institutions. I received a B.A. and a M.Sc in Economics from Bocconi University.
