I am a PhD candidate in Economics, and a Harvard Academy Fellow.  I hold a BA and MA in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés, Argentina. My research is in development economics with a focus on political economy and government. Among other projects, I'm currently working on the effect of political turnover on service delivery, and on the relationship between complaints and government effectiveness.
