Six developers from the Data Science team at IQSS will be heading to San Francisco at the end of September to present at the JavaOne annual conference. Our six developers will be presenting four sessions that relate to the redesign of Dataverse 4.0 as well as experiences coding with Scala. The sessions are:
- Lean Beans (Are Made of This): Command Pattern Versus MVC with Philip Durbin and Michael Bar-Sinai
- Learning Scala: A Practical Approach with Bob Treacy and Michael Bar-Sinai
- Bean Validation: Practical Examples from a Real-World Java EE 7 Application with Gustavo Durand and Stephen Kraffmiller
- When the PrimeFaces Bootstrap Theme Isn’t Enough with Michael Heppler

After JavaOne is over, the slides and any available videos from the presentations will be posted on the Data Science website.
