Since joining ideas42, Ben has been located in Phnom Penh, working to execute a randomized evaluation in the Cambodian garment sector in cooperation with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).  Ben completed an MA in International Relations at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2006, and went on to work in Mexico City at a SME development NGO called Endeavor as a Fulbright Fellow. Immediately prior to joining ideas42, Ben worked as a Research Analyst at IBC, a Washington based government-relations and political risk firm. Ben enjoys reading, traveling, playing football, dancing, meeting new friends and reconnecting with old ones.
