Brian Rubineau is a Ph.D. candidate at MIT's Sloan School of Management concentrating in Organization Studies and Economic Sociology. Brian is collaborating with David Lazer, Nancy Katz, and Carol Chetkovich on the Teams and Networks project. His research focuses on identifying and understanding the social dynamics that perpetuate inequalities withing groups and organizations.
