Elizabeth is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy, focusing on public sector reform and human capital performance management.  Her studies consider how different incentive structures affect the quality and performance of civil servants, as well as how to nudge civil servants towards improved public service delivery.   Prior to joining the PhD Program, Elizabeth was a policy advisor to the Greek Prime Minister, George Papandreou, and also worked for J-PAL in Bangladesh, France and Morocco.
