Günther Fink
Assistant Professor of International Health Economics, Harvard School of Public Health
Günther Fink is Assistant Professor of International Health Economics at the department of Global Health and Population, Harvard School of Public Health. His research has covered a wide range of topics related to economic development, with a particular focus on the interactions between health and human capital on one side, and economic growth on the other. He currently is conducting a longitudinal household health and wealth survey in Accra, Ghana, which investigates the daily burden of disease in urban Sub-Saharan Africa with a special focus on Malaria. He also is working on a broad socio-economic evaluation of the large-scale anti-Malaria program rolled out in Zambia since 2006.
