Hunt Allcott is a PhD student in Public Policy. His research interests include environmental economics, development economics, and the microeconomics of the energy and automotive industries. He came to Harvard from the consultancy Cambridge Energy Research Affiliates, where he advised energy companies on climate change, emissions markets, and renewable energy. Hunt holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Stanford University, where he was a fellow in the Goldman Program in Environmental Science, Technology, and Policy.
