Jeffrey Kling is a Senior Fellow and Economic Studies Chair at the Brookings Institute. His current projects include unemployment insurance, Medicare prescription drug insurance, and other aspects of social insurance. He is the director of the Policy Evaluation Project, which assists in the government and industry testing of policy innovations.
