Joe joined IQSS in August of 2005. He graduated from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1998 with a BA in English with a concentration in literature and philosophy. He graduated from Clark Computer Institute in the Spring of 2003. He is also an independent singer/songwriter known as artist name "Tunnel To Hawaii".
