Katie earned her BA in sociology and economics at Trinity University, San Antonio prior to arriving at Harvard in 2003. She is currently in the joint degree program in Sociology and Social Policy at Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Her interests include labor market inequality, gender and the work/life balance, and research methods.
