Kraiyos Patrawart is a visiting fellow in the Department of Government and the Institute for Quantitative Social Science. He is working on a research projecton on electoral accountability and its application in Thailand during political crisis. He is completing his PhD dissertation on the political economy of democratic accountability and violent conflict and working as a teaching fellow at the Department of Economics, Royal Holloway, University of London. Kraiyos is also working on the geographical data on violent conflict in the Southern boarder of Thailand and its impact on internal displacement. During his second year of PhD study he interned for a democratic governance team at United Nation Development Program (UNDP), Asia-Pacific Regional Centre in which he had provided consultation on local accountability program for Asia-Pacific countries.
