Nino is a graduate student in the MPA program at Harvard Kennedy School. His scholarly interests are quantitative methodology, formal theory and political economy. Nino’s research interest centers on theories of institutions and their applications to public life. He is interested in methodological and theoretical aspects of interplay between institutional design, strategic interaction and political behavior; especially the one between (cooperative) game theory, complexity and evolutionary theory. Nino’s background is in psychology and management. Prior to his return to academia, Nino was a career diplomat in the foreign service of his home country, Croatia, and was also involved in non-profit entrepreneurial activities concerning trade policy in Southeastern Europe.
