Shaun Dougherty is a doctoral student in Quantitative Policy Analysis at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. As a former high school math teacher and administrator he is interested in using quantitative methods to explore the mechanisms that tend to promote and inhibit successful educational outcomes. His interests lie specifically in the use of causal methods to explore teacher labor markets and unequal access to resources in education.
