His research is focused on understanding the importance of behavioral bias in the context of industrial organization, organizational economics and corporate finance. He conducts much of his research in the developing world. Current projects include quantifying the importance of status and recognition in employee incentive schemes, and how reward systems can utilize how employees internalize their externalities on others. Other research looks at unexploited arbitrage opportunities in Indian agricultural commodity markets. He graduated from Cambridge University in Experimental Psychology and from LSE with a master's degree in Economics.
