Vijay has joined the CGA as an intern. She graduated from Tufts University in 2008 with B.A. in International Relations and English. Vijay first engaged with GIS through working at Global Relief Technologies, particularly for homeland security, emergency management and disaster relief. She is interested in using GIS to examine the correlation between urban growth and poverty reduction in emerging markets, as well as sustainable development.
