We recommend Dell laptops and desktops running Windows 11. We are contraced with Dell to have techs onsite for any hardware issues that may occur. For Macs, we recommend MacBook Pros or Airs for portable systems and Mac Minis or iMacs for desktops. All of our staff are Apple certified.  
  
Due to Harvard laptop security standards, all computers are required to have Bitlocker for Windows computers and Filevault for Macs enabled.
