DataFest 2020

Registration is now open for DataFest 2020, a data science bootcamp for better research taking place in January.

Hosted by the Institute for Quantitative Social Science (IQSS) in collaboration with several other Harvard institutions, DataFest is a two-day workshop held during J-term and developed by data practitioners and researchers from across the university. with the purpose of developing participants' skills in working with data. It is structured around the data lifecycle, includes lectures and hands-on sessions focused on data concepts, project planning and data science workflows, processing and analysis, and finally data dissemination. DataFest registration is open to the whole Harvard community, including faculty, post-doctorates, graduate and undergraduate students, and staff. 

This year will feature two keynote lectures, to be held jointly at both DataFest and IACS ComputeFest:
