#  IQSS Honors Staff Service Milestones

The Institute for Quantitative Social Science recently gathered to celebrate staff members who have reached important service milestones. At IQSS we value our community, and our dedicated staff is at the heart of that community. This annual recognition honors colleagues who in 2025 reached a work anniversary of 10 years or more, in 5-year increments. Their long-term commitment, talent, and collaboration make our work possible.

This year’s IQSS Service Award recipients are:

### 20 Years

- Sonia Barbosa, Associate Director of Dataverse Support, Data Curation, and the Murray Archive
- Roy Guyton, IT Client Support Services Associate
- William Horka, Systems Administrator/Systems Programmer, Harvard-MIT Data Center
- Ellen Kraffmiller, Principal Software Architect and Data Engineer

### 15 Years

- Stephen Kraffmiller, Software Developer, Dataverse Project
- Liz Salazar, Communications Coordinator
- Len Wisniewski, Senior Director of Research Computing

### 10 Years

- Linda Christlieb, Finance Associate
- Sarah Duncan, IT Operations Manager, IQSS/Harvard-MIT Data Center
- Brooke Moore, Director of Sponsored Research Administration
