- **FY 2013 Team Goals**
    - Migrate to an industry standard system provisioning and configuration management system
    - Upgrade RCE Operating System to CentOS 6, along with new and improved applications and utilities.
    - Work with System Architects to harden systems to comply with HRDSP level 3 and level 4 requirements
 
- **Reporting Period Updates:**
    - Brad Frank from the CGIS Support team accepted and started a position as a Jr System Administrator within Operations
 
- **Open issues, questions, or needs**
    - None at this time
 
- **Metrics**
    - RT Tickets 
        - 75 new tickets escalated to Operations, 78 tickets resolved
        - 22 new project tickets created, 17 project tickets resolved, 205 remaining project tickets
     
    
    - RCE Usage 
        - RCE login nodes, users: 126
        - Interactive compute nodes, Users: 96 | Processing Hours: 30,141.5
