- **FY 2013 Team Goals**
    - Migrate to an industry standard system provisioning and configuration management system
    - Upgrade RCE Operating System to CentOS 6, along with new and improved applications and utilities.
    - Work with System Architects to harden systems to comply with HRDSP level 3 and level 4 requirements

- **Reporting Period Updates:**
    - 3 Research Tech Services staff attended an HTCondor conference in Madison, WI. HTCondor is the software we use to run our batch and interactive compute services.

- **Open issues, questions, or needs**
    - None at this time

- **Metrics**
    - RT Tickets 
        - 22 new tickets escalated to Operations, 22 tickets resolved
        - 11 new project tickets created, 17 project tickets resolved, 186 remaining project tickets
     
    
    - RCE Usage 
        - RCE login nodes, users: 60
        - Interactive compute nodes, Users: 59 | Processing Hours: 11,574.9
        - Batch compute nodes, Users: 15 | Processing Hours: 70,231.6
