 User Services Progress Report : May 2013  
  
**Activities and achievements in the period**  
• We will start File Network migration on June 17th, Davis Center will be first to go, and setting up dates with other centers/departments for July and August period.  
• Currently interviewing candidates for open position in my team. We have hired a temp. personal, Sean Murphy to assist us in the mean time.

 **Metrics:** Tickets resolved in May User Services (Desktop) Queue: 168  
 Tickets resolved in May RCE-Services/Powered/Billing Queue: 56
