Andrew Juraschek Headshot Andrew Juraschek is the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Product Management at IQSS. In this role, Andrew partners with the academic, technical, and administrative leadership of the Institute to develop and maximize the value of the emerging projects and products across IQSS. He works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide strategic management support to the Institute's units, research initiatives, tools, and programs, aiming to ensure their optimal impact and success. 

Prior to joining IQSS, Andrew worked at Ariadne Labs, a joint center for health systems innovation at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health, serving most recently as the center's Chief of Staff. During his time at Ariadne, he oversaw and led a broad range of initiatives and teams ranging from finance and operations to communications and development as a member of the center’s senior management team. A native of the Boston area, Andrew has also worked in administration at local law and medical offices, as well as with various nonprofit and community outreach organizations both in the US and Europe.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts with high honors in rhetoric and writing, with a minor in Government, from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
