Arkadijs Zvaigzne

Arkadijs Zvaigzne is a PhD student in Education. He is interested in the ways that higher education can be used to decrease inequality and promote development. His research uses econometric and machine learning approaches to estimate the role of the supply side of higher education – the behavior of colleges and universities – in helping to fulfill the promise and goals of higher education. Prior to Harvard, he has worked in educational policy and administration in Latvia. Arkadijs earned a M.S.Ed. in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020.
