 Brian Guay is a postdoctoral researcher at MIT in the Department of Political Science &amp; Sloan School of Management. Brian’s research is at the intersection of political behavior and methodology, with a specific focus on misinformation and polarization. His work draws on theories from cognitive and social psychology and use a wide range of methods, including field experiments, surveys, and natural language processing with social media data. He received his PhD from the Department of Political Science at Duke University in the spring of 2021, where he was a member of the Duke Polarization Lab and Duke Initiative on Survey Methodology.
