Gabriel Tourek

Gabriel Tourek is a PhD Candidate in Public Policy at Harvard University and a consultant with the World Bank.  His fields are public finance and development economics, and his research focuses on taxation and government spending, the provision of public goods and services, and labor markets in developing countries.  He is currently working on a projects exploring the administration of agricultural extension in Pakistan, tax compliance in Rwanda, procurement efficiency in Colombia, and employment access among migrants in India.
