Luka Oreskovic is a researcher and lecturer focusing on international political economy, economic history and energy policy. He co-chairs the Business and Government in Emerging Europe Seminar with professors Rawi Abdelal and Dante Roscini of Harvard Business School. Oreskovic has conducted research in Russia and throughout Eastern Europe with Harvard University’s Government and History Departments and lectured at the Energy Delta Institute, the leading global energy business school. He has contributed chapters to Opening Science, published by Springer, as well as academic articles on economic history and political economy of Southeastern Europe. His research has been cited by the Center for European Policy Analysis, Brookings Institution and he has, together with the Lithuanian minister of economy, co-authored a case study on state-owned enterprise reform. His analyses and commentary regularly appear in the Economist, Financial Times, Foreign Policy, the Moscow Times, Huffington Post, South China Morning Post, Forbes and other fora. He has graduated from Harvard College with a concentration in history and Central and Eastern European studies.
