 Michael joined the IQSS in May 2024 as an Academic Affairs &amp; HR Coordinator. Before this appointment, he was the interim Office Manager within the IQSS' Business Operations Division.

 In his role, Michael is responsible for providing academic personnel and staff support for all IQSS faculty affiliates across the University in all schools. His focus areas include academic policy advisement, classification and compensation, recruitment, Visa administration, leaves administration, and general HR policies and procedures related to employment. Michael brings to the team a background in public health consultancy at John Snow Inc., healthcare administration at Boston Children's Hospital, and operations at BXP.

 Michael graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Boston, where he earned a BA in Sociology.
