- **Give researchers a competitive edge:** Reduce overall time to publication by helping users quickly overcome statistics- and programming-related obstacles. Help users produce solid statistical analysis and high-quality research outputs & packages by providing timely, first-rate guidance and feedback.
- **Support all stages of the research lifecycle:** Support users from early research design to post-paper submission

## Our approach to scaling

- **Targeted scaling:** Analytics-based targeted marketing efforts and departmental reach-out activities, towards the goals of keeping client engagement across all Harvard departments and continuing word-of-mouth growth.
