Reserving Desk Space
IQSS affiliates can book time slots at our office to work and meet.
Whether you are looking to connect with a fellow researcher or colleague, or just need a place to work for the day, we welcome affiliates of IQSS to come join us in our office space.
If you are an IQSS affiliate, you can make a temporary desk reservation using the Robin booking platform. We recommend that you download the Robin Quick Start Guide for a complete overview on how to get started. Particularly important details to note are below.

Logging in to Robin
You should log in using your g.harvard.edu email address (non-Harvard affiliates should email robinhelp@iq.harvard.edu to be manually added).
- Navigate to the IQSS Robin login page.
- Click “Continue with Google” and log in using your g.harvard.edu credentials.
Making a Reservation
Once you have set up your account, you can follow these instructions for booking a desk.
- Please only reserve desks for the time you will be using it.
- Users can book up to 90 days in advance.
Room Access & Security
When reserving a desk, please send an email to robinhelp@iq.harvard.edu at least one business day in advance so that a key can be prepared for you. At the end of the final day of booking, please return keys to the mailbox of the IQSS Office Manager, Ally Madden.
