Getting started on FASRC clusters with CLI (FASRC)

This training is focused on getting started on Cannon and/or FASSE clusters using standard CLI (command line interface) tools and SSH.

Audience

Users who are familiar with command line and HPC systems, but are new to Cannon and FASSE. Note that all topics below are a brief overview to get one started on the cluster.

Objectives

• Demonstrate how to start an interactive job and a batch job
• Check job status
• Cluster storage
• Cluster software (modules, spack, etc.)

Pre-Requisites

A FASRC account, A Zoom account
