The Dataverse Team at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science is excited to announce the 2022 Dataverse Community Meeting, taking place June 14–16, virtually.
The Dataverse community is invested in following ethical data principles. We feel it is an opportune time to progress Indigenous Data Sovereignty within the community and focus on the emergence of the CARE principles for Indigenous Data Governance.
Members of our community will also explore how Dataverse continues to grow as an integral part of the data lifecycle, with talks that include a broad range of topics: curation, integrating data sharing with computing and with tools that help reproducible research, metadata, geospatial data support, supporting large scale data, the GREI initiative, the Harvard Data Commons project, and connecting data to scholarly and other research outputs.
