Ania Jaroszewicz is a behavioral scientist conducting research at the intersection of economics and psychology. Broadly, her work examines questions related to poverty and inequality, with her current research focusing on how people decide to ask others for help. 

Ania completed her PhD in behavioral decision research at Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to that, she worked in consumer protection for the federal government and studied economics and psychology at the University of California, Berkeley. Ania is also a 2016 recipient of the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowship.
