Bonnie O'Brien

Bonnie O'Brien joined IQSS in 2012 and is currently the Director of Human Resources. She provides overall HR leadership and support in the areas of: recruitment and retention, employee relations, organizational and policy development, performance management and oversees academic personnel. Prior to coming to Harvard she worked at UC San Diego providing similiar HR support. She holds a bachelors degree in liberal arts, a Human Resources Management certificate from UCSD, a Senior Professional in Human Resources  (SPHR) certification, and has 20 years of comprehensive HR experience, over 15 of those in higher education. She is currently enrolled in a Master's program for Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
