David is a PhD candidate in Government at Harvard University. His research interests center on how public perceptions of the media -- including the professional norms and news-gathering procedures adopted by journalists -- shape Americans' political attitudes and behavior, as well as susceptibility to mis- and disinformation. Prior to coming to Harvard, David worked as a senior web editor at POLITICO.
