Felix Chen

Felix Chen is a double concentrator in Government and Computer Science at Harvard College. He studies the politics of data collection and analysis, with a focus on muncipal practices. He is broadly interested in the challenges of digital governance and the risks and benefits associated with emerging technologies. Recently, his work with IQSS and the Public Interest Tech Lab has focused on prototyping LLMs for academic use by undergraduates.
