Leopoldo Biffi is a visiting fellow in the Department of Government at Harvard University, and PhD candidate in international relations/political science at the Graduate Institute in Geneva. His research interests include international institutions, international trade and investment, and the European Union. His work focuses on the institutional design of international trade and investment agreements, and on its effects on treaty enforcement. Leopoldo holds a BA in International Relations from King’s College London (Department of War Studies) and an MA in International Relations/Political Science from the Graduate Institute  in Geneva.
