Mikko Silliman
Mikko Silliman is a Ph.D. student in Education Policy & Program Evaluation interested in issues at the intersection of education policy and labor economics - particularly as they relate to inequality. His research focuses on applying quasi-experimental designs to learn from administrative data sets. Before beginning his doctoral studies, he conducted research at the VATT Institute for Economic Research and the OECD. He holds a MSSc in Social & Public Policy from the University of Helsinki, a BA in Economics and in Philosophy, summa cum laude, from Tufts University, and was a Visiting Student at the University of Oxford.
