Nini studies implicit bias under Professor Banaji's supervision to better understand and learn how social context and situational markers contribute to exacerbating the use of cognitive shortcuts that worsen unconscious, hidden biases. Interested in judgment and decision-making in various spheres of life, such as medicine, law, and government, Nini intends to learn and devise strategies to help relieve the strain of implicit biases on intergroup relations.
