Noah is a PhD student in the Department of Government interested in geography and behavior, particularly in a comparative and historical context (persistence, legacies, historical political economy). More specifically, he is interested in how geography influences political behavior, and how political behavior in turn varies across space. He is also interested in the development and application of statistical methods for studying these topics.
