Ra'ad Siraj is a senior data and AI executive with more than 30 years of experience building and scaling enterprise data, AI, and technology programs in regulated industries. He is known for deploying AI at scale while embedding governance and accountability as operational infrastructure — not compliance overhead.

His recent work spans enterprise AI governance at MassMutual, where he built the governance program from the ground up, and global workforce AI governance at Amazon. Earlier in his career, Ra'ad held CTO and CIO roles at The Boston Company Asset Management (BNY Mellon) and Eaton Vance, and senior technology roles at pre-IPO firms including Endeca (acquired by Oracle) and Sermo. He also served as Director of Strategic Project Management at MITIMCo, supporting technology and data initiatives for the MIT endowment, and established a data aggregation and analytics business at State Street Global Exchange serving asset managers and asset owners globally.

Ra'ad is an advisor at the Massachusetts AI Hub, a board member of CrowdComfort and Whoo, and a mentor at MassChallenge. He has spoken at the MIT Imagination in Action AI Summit and participates in national and state-level AI policy conversations. He holds an MS in Computer Science from Harvard University and a BS in Computer Science from UC Santa Barbara.
