Rui is interested in the conceptual differences across entities. Specifically, Rui is curious about the patterns of ideological differences and how these disparities in outlook evolve across generations, as well as their relation to significant societal shocks. Methodologically, Rui is interested in how computational methods can be used for this purpose.
