Victoria S. Asbury is a PhD Candidate in Sociology at Harvard University studying political behavior and attitudes. She draws upon computational text analyses, conjoint experiments, surveys, and behavioral economic games to investigate the content and effects of elite political discourse predicated on appeals to American identity. She was a 2019 Summer Institute in Computational Social Sciences resident fellow at Princeton University.
