Wesley is a sophomore in the college, originally from New York but living in Pforzheimer House. He is undeclared but planning to concentrate in the social sciences. In Professor Banaji's lab, Wesley will be focusing on Implicit Bias. Specifically, he will split his time between developmental studies to learn how children form implicit biases and quasi-experimental studies to learn about long-term changes in implicit biases (specifically over the past 15 years or so). He is very passionate about his research because of its meaningful applications. Outside of working in the Banaji lab with IQSS, Wesley is a Tour Guide for the Undergraduate Admissions Office and an active member of the Harvard College Democrats!
