Xiang Zhou

Xiang Zhou is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Harvard University. His research focuses on quantitative methodology, causes and consequences of economic inequality, and political culture in contemporary China. He has published in Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Social Forces, Sociological Methodology, Sociological Research and Methods, and China Economic Review. Before coming to Harvard, Zhou worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Princeton University. He received a PhD in Sociology and Statistics from the University of Michigan in 2015.
