Alejandro Lagomarsino

Alejandro LagomarsiNo is a third-year PhD student at the Department of Economics. His research interests are in labor ecoNomics, political ecoNomy and development ecoNomics with an emphasis on applied work on middle-income countries, and Non-reduced form analysis. He is currently modelling and estimating how educational decisions in rural Latin America are affected by changes in commodity prices. Prior to grad school, Alejandro worked at the Center for the Study of EcoNomic and Social Affairs (think tank) where he was responsible for the Uruguayan Micro-Development division.
