Channing Spencer is a Doctoral Student in the Organizational Behavior program jointly offered by Harvard Business School and the Department of Sociology at Harvard. Her research focuses on inequality (gender & race), diversity & inclusion, and labor market & workplace dynamics. Channing holds an A.B. from Harvard, where she wrote her undergraduate thesis on the economic, social, and political status of domestic workers in Brazil and employer-employee relations in the informal labor market. Prior to her doctoral studies, she worked at Microsoft and Pearson PLC.
