Connie Xu
PhD Candidate in Health Policy
Connie Xu is a PhD candidate in the economics track of the health policy program. Her research interests sit at the intersection of labor and health economics, with a focus on the scientific innovation in the life sciences. During her PhD, her projects have investigated productivity variation in fundamental life-sciences discoveries and the role of scientific equipment in shaping research outcomes. Prior to joining Harvard, Connie worked as a predoctoral fellow at MIT and holds bachelor's degrees in Economics and Statistics from the University of Chicago.
