My research lies at the intersection of behavioral economics and psychology, applying formal modeling techniques to understand complex social systems. My research focuses on three main topics:
- How to optimize organizational and project design principles to enhance creative ideation, crowdsourcing, and collaborative outcomes.
- Behavioral interventions to increase the likelihood of conflict resolution
- The psychology of persuasion and negotiation
Through my affiliation with IQSS, I am implementing a theoretically-grounded intervention designed to reduce affective polarization between political partisans and quantifiably increase receptivity to cross-ideological persuasion.
