My research lies at the intersection of behavioral economics and psychology, applying formal modeling techniques to understand complex social systems. My research focuses on three main topics:

  1. How to optimize organizational and project design principles to enhance creative ideation, crowdsourcing, and collaborative outcomes.
  2. Behavioral interventions to increase the likelihood of conflict resolution
  3. The psychology of persuasion and negotiation

Through my affiliation with IQSS, I am implementing a theoretically-grounded intervention designed to reduce affective polarization between political partisans and quantifiably increase receptivity to cross-ideological persuasion.
